Cubesday
In between posts of all things Star Wars, the good people at Geekadelphia have been known to document the interior/industrial design of their oh-so-eclectic workspaces. Now isn’t that interesting.
Eric Smith’s simple and clean cube (above) features his own geeky handiwork in the form of a Post-It Space Invader as well as a fine art comic print besides. The decorative arts are certainly familiar territory for this nine to fiver… But beyond highlighting individual spaces, former posts have likewise presented decoupage wall murals, novelty letter openers and tactical weaponry for cubicle warfare. Oh my.
Once upon a time, Geekadelphia was making the feature a weekly event. Whether playing too much pinball or just distracted by their R2D2 pepper mills (yes, it’s true), I for one certainly hope more Cubesday posts are forthcoming.
Geekadelphia- the name pretty much says it all.
